Refer a friend scheme

At ENA, we recognise the power of carer and client referrals and how valuable they can be. As an employee, you could earn up to £500 if you refer a friend as a live-in carer or client.

Live-in care jobs are ideal for saving money to travel and are perfect for recent graduates and globe-trotters, as well as those wanting to visit the nation of their ancestors.

Our recruitment team understand the doubts you may have about moving to a new country for work, and will walk you through the process to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Finding work in a new country can be tricky if you don’t know where to start, which is why we will assist you with your paperwork before you are invited to attend training at our UK head-office based in Hertfordshire, just outside London.

How it works

Send your friend’s details to us via the refer a friend form in your carer account, or email them directly to our recruitment team at recruitment@ena.co.uk

Receive £250 if your friend passes our training and assessment week, and completes 4 weeks of work.

Receive a further £250 when that person completes 8 weeks of work.

All payments are gross and subject to tax.
